In these trying economic times there are many of us “upstanding citizens” who never thought they would be faced with losing their home, their way of life, their good credit. So when my husband and I did everything we could to work with the bank and they came back with a “Sorry you don’t qualify.” We were faced with what to do and through all of my research online I came across Pasha Law. Mr. Pasha is fair and honest and actually helped us to negotiate with our bank and we are now in short sale which we never thought we would be able to do in this market. If he didn’t know the answer he was quick to reply he would do the research, and he did. He was always available and he had the connections to get our short sale listed with the proper brokers to make sure it was as painless as possible. It’s challenging to start over and this has been a rough year but because of Mr. Pasha and his connections we have a reason to celebrate. Yes, celebrate, because we have now been given the chance to rebuild our credit by the time our toddler starts kindergarten.
